I ordered something for next day delivery and paid way too much for it, but I'm still waiting. Complete disaster. On top of that, they sent me a bikini set that didn't even match. This is my first and last time ordering from these folks.

I bought a pair of low waist flared jeans and the fit was decent except for the flared bottoms, which were way too wide and dragged on my feet. I really didn't like that. The material also felt thin and didn't have that real denim feel I was expecting.

I placed an order back in September and 2 items were missing. I had to reach out myself to get a refund on those. I returned everything else except for one item, and then nothing happened for weeks. I've sent probably 20 emails and made around 5 phone calls to their customer service. We're now in February and I still haven't gotten my 150 euros back. This company is a joke.

Shipping is ridiculously slow and the tracking info is completely unreliable. I ordered on November 26th and it's now December 9th with still no package and no clue where it is because the tracking won't update. The confirmation on December 1st said it shipped with a tracking number, but when I look it up, the system says the package doesn't exist. This is frustrating and shows how unreliable this company is.

This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Whenever I try to chat with someone, they shut down the conversation. Call them up and they disconnect you right away or cut things short as soon as you have questions. No apologies, no accountability, nothing. They just talk over you to push their own agenda. They're not interested in actually helping you solve anything; they only care about enforcing their rules.

One of the worst experiences I've had shopping online. The package arrived late and when I tried to return it, I got sent back and forth between different store locations just to be told I had to ship it back myself. I'm not even sure why another company was handling their inventory since I was trying to return Weekday items, not from somewhere else. Just avoid this company unless you enjoy losing money.

After 2 weeks my package still hadn't come. I called customer service for answers and to request a refund. After 4 different calls, they kept telling me to just wait for it to arrive. At this point I'm wondering if this is even a real business.

It's been over 2 weeks and my order still hasn't shown up. The customer service response was terrible. I mean, it's fast fashion anyway, so if you actually want to wear something you buy, this probably isn't the place for you. I'd skip them if getting your stuff anytime soon matters to you.

I've decided not to shop with Weekday anymore. They'll send you updates for the first week, then completely go silent. Most stores get packages to you in 4 days max. I chose in-store pickup and never even got my order. I tried emailing customer service with no reply. I attempted their live chat and it wouldn't even connect. Absolutely poor service. Don't bother ordering from here.

I placed an order and immediately noticed mistakes in the address and name fields, my own error I admit. I called right away, just a minute later. I was ready to tell them exactly what was wrong and even confirmed the postcode was right. But the street number, street name, and my name were all jumbled up. Two different people on the phone basically said there was nothing they could do. They actually thought it made sense to send it out to the wrong address, let it come back, send it again. They offered a refund instead, which doesn't show much business sense either. They couldn't come up with a single workable solution, like they were reading from a script with zero problem solving ability. This was incredibly frustrating.

The shipping takes forever. Your order just sits for about a week before they actually process it for shipping. I also returned some jeans and the refund took way longer than it should have. There's also not much information given about how things fit and sizing.

Absolutely terrible service and support. Genuinely one of the worst I've come across.

I paid 5.90 for shipping like others have mentioned, but a week in the tracking showed the courier hadn't even picked up the package yet. I got in touch with customer service and someone named A reached back within a day. Turned out the courier just never grabbed it from their end, not a Weekday problem. They refunded my delivery cost right away and even offered to pull the items from a store for pickup if I wanted. I took them up on it, but then the next day my package showed up for delivery anyway. That person really went above and beyond to fix the situation. Can't speak for the rest of the team, but this experience was handled really well.
