I'm really upset with how Shoe Carnival handled my situation. I paid for my order in full but never got the item. When I contacted them about it, they just said it was delivered and refused to do anything about it. I checked everywhere, asked everyone in my house, even talked to my neighbors. The package definitely never arrived. But Shoe Carnival wouldn't budge on getting me a refund or sending another pair. They basically told me too bad and that was it. Since they won't help, I had to dispute it with my credit card company. I'd warn anyone ordering to be careful, because if something goes wrong with delivery, this company might not actually help you out.

Before ordering, I read through a bunch of reviews and was pretty nervous. But then I accidentally bought the same shoes twice by mistake. Rather than sweat it, I used their chat support and got connected to a real person within minutes. The manager called me a few minutes after that and arranged a free return label right away. Getting my order and handling the return was super smooth. My other shoe order showed up in just two days.

They ask if you want their rewards program. If you say no, they'll sign you up with your email anyway without permission. That's pretty sketchy if you ask me.

Never got my refund. The shoes didn't show up at my house and the company said I could either get a replacement or my money back. I chose the refund and was told it would take about a week. Still haven't seen it. They told me there's nothing they can do on their end and that my bank has to handle it. My bank hasn't been helpful either, so I'm stuck out over a hundred dollars.

Had a wonderful visit to the San Antonio location on December 20th. Manager Marie was phenomenal and really went above and beyond. Good service from a company is honestly becoming harder and harder to find. As someone getting up there in age, shopping can be tough sometimes, but Marie stepped in without hesitation. She helped me track down the perfect shoe and spent time finding the exact socks I wanted in my size. She's wonderful. After 30 years managing properties and dealing with tenants, I learned that those people are the reason you show up to work. Marie gets that. She's truly special.

Coming from a background where customer service was my passion, I really noticed how rare it is to see someone treat customers so well these days. Got charged twice on my card with no order confirmation. They blamed it on a mismatch between my billing and shipping address. When I talked to customer service, they said I'd get both charges refunded within 3 to 5 business days. Honestly they didn't even try to keep the sale, which is wild. The double charge was frustrating though.

Never bought such low-quality Converse before. The canvas is already falling apart on the inside where it meets the rubber part of both shoes, plus the outer area on the left shoe. It's been over two weeks and the company is still reviewing my complaint. Pretty disappointed overall.

My experience has been hit or miss. Shopping online for shoes here has mostly been a disappointment, with one order being especially bad. Going into the physical store though? That was a totally different and much better experience.

Honestly, the Panama City store experience was pretty rough. Got sandals that fell apart brand new, and I just wanted to swap them out. The staff was rude and seemed to think I wanted a refund instead. Only when the manager got involved did they finally agree to exchange them. Even worse, the replacement pair started coming undone at the seams within a week and eventually the whole thing fell apart. Bought these around Mother's Day timeframe and they just didn't hold up at all.

The website seriously needs some work. I've called customer support multiple times and they haven't been able to help me place an order. Recently became a Nike person after being a loyal New Balance wearer for over 25 years. The Beige/Gold Women's Waffle Debut ESS Sneakers are what won me over. Excellent arch support and the overall comfort is fantastic for walking and everyday wear. The Regular width is actually roomier than I'd expected. Just know to size up a half size before ordering because these run small. With the right size, they fit like a dream.
