Good Pants, Horrible Support: Love the actual trousers I ordered, but dealing with their customer service is absolutely terrible. I sent one simple question and waited a full month for a response. When they finally got back to me, they acted like my issue was already solved because so much time had passed. I also returned one item since I'd ordered two sizes, and after two weeks I still haven't seen my refund. Honestly thinking twice about ordering again since they clearly can't handle basic communication or processes. Really disappointed because I do like the pants themselves.

Item Arrived Damaged and Their Solution Sucked: Got a defective product but apparently the damage doesn't meet their warranty standards or whatever. Their fix was to toss me a 30% discount code toward another purchase. Are you kidding me? That's insulting haha.
