AVOID THIS RETAILER. I bought Trail Running Shoes and the listing had no indication they were women's sizing. I emailed within minutes of ordering to cancel but was told to wait for delivery and return them. When they arrived, customer service refused the return, claiming it was final sale. After reviewing their feedback, I found lots of complaints about poor ratings.

This company cancelled my order after I'd already paid for three pairs and wouldn't honor the advertised cost. Don't trust them. They lie and try to silence you when you call them out. It's a scam.

I got Corral Western boots for a special occasion. After wearing them just twice, the decorative stones started coming loose. For what I paid, I thought the craftsmanship would hold up better. When I reached out to support, they said nothing could be done since 30 days had passed. This was really upsetting considering minimal wear. I wouldn't expect the boots to fall apart this quickly.

Should have read the complaints first. The cancellation and return system is awful. You basically can't cancel once you've ordered, even if you call right when they open. I spoke with three reps who all gave me the runaround. This company's practices are unacceptable. Won't shop here again.

Purchased Keen Targhee III Waterproof Hiking Boots in late 2023, began using them in spring 2024, and by late summer the thin suede layer completely wore away, leaving just fabric underneath. I wore them for yard work and they got damp occasionally, but they were marketed as waterproof. They absolutely are not waterproof. I contacted support and they refused to accept a return without explanation. They didn't even suggest reaching out to Keen directly. I'm done shopping with this company. Update: I reached out to Keen myself and they honored the one-year warranty with a credit.

Bought boots from this place and they gave me a tracking number that doesn't work. I had to call multiple times and kept getting different delivery dates. After waiting over four weeks without anything arriving, I had to call for a refund. Still waiting for it to post to my account. Don't order from here.
