I bought a pair of EMOVE sneakers after learning they support Breast Cancer research, and I was really happy with them. I wear size 11 wide and they fit perfectly. The website has misleading info. A bunch of styles like Erling, Exclaim, and Edele claim they come in extended widths, but whenever you try to pick an extended width option, every single size becomes unavailable. Total waste of time trying to shop that way.

Easy Spirits are all I've ever worn since I was able to pick my own shoes. Just ordered a pair for my sister since she's always saying how great my shoes look. After waiting in line for half an hour, I finally got someone on the phone. They said they never do price adjustments. I asked for a manager and got the same answer. I won't be ordering from them anymore.

I got my order on February 10th and returned it on February 12th via UPS with tracking confirmation. As of March 31st, I still don't have credit for the return applied to my account.

When I asked to speak to a supervisor because this makes no sense, Pierre pushed back saying a supervisor couldn't help anyway. I insisted and he was silent for over a minute before hanging up on me. I ended up canceling the order through the confirmation email and got a refund. This company has awful customer service and I won't order from them directly again.

I made a mistake when entering my address for my shoe order. I called customer service about two hours later and they said they couldn't fix it, and apparently UPS couldn't either. The package got delivered to the wrong place and Easy Spirit won't do anything about it. Getting a refund is probably going to be a nightmare or I'll have to keep fighting with them. I'm done with this company and would tell others to steer clear. It's ridiculous that their system can't make changes within the first hour of an order.

I'm really upset with how they do business - honestly they're terrible and I don't recommend buying from them. I dealt with this a year ago and somehow forgot about the hassle and ordered again. They constantly play around with their pricing, changing it multiple times. Then when you go to pay, it goes higher. I've talked to their customer service about it and they don't even have a good explanation. It's a bad company overall. I ended up finding the same shoes on Amazon instead.

Really mad and frustrated here! I tried applying a coupon code I got from a Shop Today special. The website keeps rejecting it and saying what I picked isn't eligible. There's no explanation or details about what would actually work with the code.

About an hour and ten minutes later I noticed something went wrong - when I was browsing different colors of the same shoe, it somehow changed my size from 8.5 to a 5. It was late at night so I immediately emailed their customer service. By 10 am the next day I hadn't heard anything, so I called. The rep told me it was too late and I only had one hour from placing the order to make changes or cancel. But the shoes didn't even ship for four more days after that. Why would they refuse to change the size if it hasn't shipped yet? This was supposed to be a gift for my sister and now she has to deal with going to a return location instead of just receiving a nice gift. On top of that they charged me 9.99 for shipping to me and another 6.95 to send it back. All because their website messed up and didn't keep my size when I just wanted to see a different color. I know I should've double-checked, but with today's technology there should be an easy way for them to modify an order before it ships.

I ordered size 9.5 in extra wide WW and there's no way the sizing is right. I think they might've actually sent me an 8.5 instead. Just a frustrating experience overall. Also, if you give them your email address, prepare to get bombarded with messages from Easy Spirit constantly.
