I bought a pair of EMOVE sneakers after learning they support Breast Cancer research, and I was really happy with them. I wear size 11 wide and they fit perfectly. The only complaint I had was that the shoelaces kept coming untied. I ended up ordering replacement laces online with a thicker width and that solved the problem.

The website has misleading info. A bunch of styles like Erling, Exclaim, and Edele claim they come in extended widths, but whenever you try to pick an extended width option, every single size becomes unavailable. Total waste of time trying to shop that way.

Easy Spirits are all I've ever worn since I was able to pick my own shoes. Just ordered a pair for my sister since she's always saying how great my shoes look. I have at least ten pairs for different occasions and they go everywhere with me! I wear size 6.5 narrow and Easy Spirit always has my size in stock. I've never had a letdown with this brand. Always satisfied!

I bought two pairs of Easy Spirit shoes on sale at 30% off. They still haven't arrived. Then I see the same shoes are now 40% off. After waiting in line for half an hour, I finally got someone on the phone. They said they never do price adjustments. I asked for a manager and got the same answer. I won't be ordering from them anymore.

I got my order on February 10th and returned it on February 12th via UPS with tracking confirmation. As of March 31st, I still don't have credit for the return applied to my account.

I really liked Easy Spirit shoes for how comfortable they are, but the company and their service are terrible. I bought one pair - they weren't cheap - and the entire sole just fell right off. All in one piece. How does that even happen? They obviously weren't glued properly. When I tried to get help, I got nowhere. If you didn't order online you might get some attention, but ordering their way means you're ignored. I sent pictures and everything and heard nothing back. Awful product and even worse service. I'm never buying from them again.

I pulled on some boots I bought years ago and had kept in great condition. Wore them to my grandson's hockey game last weekend and when I took them off to store them, the material started peeling. Pretty mortifying and really disappointing since they weren't cheap. The inside looks brand new but the outside is ruined. I reached out to their customer service and they basically said they couldn't do anything to help.

Coupon code didn't work and their customer service was just as bad. The website advertised a COMFORT30 discount that never came off at checkout - I got charged full price for both pairs. I texted customer service immediately and they never responded by text or email. When I looked up their phone number and got through to someone named Pierre, he said they could apply the discount once the shoes shipped and told me to call back later when I could track the package. I pointed out that the website says you can only make changes while an order is pending, so it should be done right then. He claimed he didn't know that policy. When I asked to speak to a supervisor because this makes no sense, Pierre pushed back saying a supervisor couldn't help anyway. I insisted and he was silent for over a minute before hanging up on me. I ended up canceling the order through the confirmation email and got a refund. This company has awful customer service and I won't order from them directly again.

I made a mistake when entering my address for my shoe order. I called customer service about two hours later and they said they couldn't fix it, and apparently UPS couldn't either. The package got delivered to the wrong place and Easy Spirit won't do anything about it. Getting a refund is probably going to be a nightmare or I'll have to keep fighting with them. I'm done with this company and would tell others to steer clear. It's ridiculous that their system can't make changes within the first hour of an order.

I'm really upset with how they do business - honestly they're terrible and I don't recommend buying from them. I dealt with this a year ago and somehow forgot about the hassle and ordered again. They constantly play around with their pricing, changing it multiple times. Then when you go to pay, it goes higher. I've talked to their customer service about it and they don't even have a good explanation. It's a bad company overall. I ended up finding the same shoes on Amazon instead.
