The storyline is all over the place and doesn't flow well between episodes. The actress playing one of the main characters just isn't working for me and honestly was why I stopped watching.

This place has a serious odor issue. The clothes, bedding, and personal items all reek of some kind of heavy duty disinfectant or cleaning agent that just doesn't wash out. It smells like a clearance store or donation center. If they keep spraying everything with that stuff, customers will stay away. This is a retail store, not a hospital. They need to stop using whatever that chemical is or people won't want to shop there.

These stores have really lost their way. During the holiday season most of the merchandise looked like it belonged in a thrift shop. Either they switched buyers or the whole industry is struggling but these places used to be reliable. Now there's basically nothing worth buying. Total disappointment.

The comanager here has serious issues with how she treats employees. This person has been stuck in her position for years with no advancement, and frankly it shows in her management style. She's disrespectful and doesn't value anyone on the team. I made it clear I won't tolerate that kind of treatment and decided to move on. The other manager Morgan is great, but this situation needs to be addressed. I'm pursuing this further because this person should not be in a position of authority.

Really let down by Marshall's bag policy. Brought my own reusable bags to a location and set them on the counter. The cashier scanned everything but refused to put items in my bags. Apparently staff can't bag purchases if customers bring their own and bags are only provided if you buy Marshall's bags. That completely defeats the purpose of environmental responsibility. If they're not giving out bags then they should bag items customers bring. This policy comes across as a cash grab disguised as sustainability, not genuine environmental care. Shopped there for years and never seen this before. Makes me question their actual values.

Stay away from this operation. It's a total scam and they'll take your money without delivering anything. I lost over 4000 in cryptocurrency to these people and they keep demanding more. Absolutely worthless company with zero customer support. Protect yourself and avoid at all costs.
