My experience at this location was really disappointing. I came in looking for my wedding dress and my bridesmaids' dresses. We found everything on sale and got measured for alterations. I set up appointments for the other five bridesmaids as well and we were told to schedule all the final fittings together in March to make sure everything would be finished in time. Recently when one of my bridesmaids went in for her final fitting, she was told she had to pay an extra 200 plus dollars. She said no and asked for a manager. When they called me, the staff member said it was an additional cost we had to pay. That's not what we were told when we bought everything there. We should have been given all the details upfront. I asked to return all the dresses since they're in the same unopened packages and haven't been touched, but they said no. This whole situation is unacceptable.

Had a terrible experience at the Wisconsin location. We made an appointment ahead of time for my daughter and her friend to try on wedding dresses, but when we got there the staff said they had no record of it. After waiting around 15 minutes, someone finally helped us but seemed really bothered by our being there. They put my daughter in a dressing room with just two dresses and had zero interest in helping us with anything else. The staff member was cold and didn't engage with us at all. We left after those two dresses and ended up getting my daughter's dress somewhere else instead.

I went to David's Bridal to find a Mother of the Bride dress and worked with an amazing sales associate. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and used her knowledge to help me pick out the perfect gown. As a first-time Mother of the Bride, I was so grateful for how honest she was with me. I never felt pressured and always felt like my opinions mattered. The whole experience was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much for making this special!

My mom and I had such a great visit to the location in Morrow, Georgia on a recent weekend. The manager was absolutely fantastic with such a great personality. The associate at the front desk was super sweet as well. Both staff members had wonderful attitudes and were ready to help with whatever we needed. I'd definitely suggest checking out this store!

I ordered a dress back in May and was told it would arrive in early July. I called several times to check on the delivery and kept getting promised it would be on time. Here we are in mid-July and still no dress. The customer service has been terrible and the shipping is even worse. This company really needs to improve.

I was shopping for a Mother of the Groom outfit and had a frustrating experience. The sales associate didn't seem to know anything about the inventory or what would work for my needs. She didn't understand how the sizing worked either. There was also confusion about a discount on a pantsuit because the pants were missing from one piece. Turned out the whole thing was on sale but the pants actually weren't there. I had to order it through the store to get both pieces. A manager had to step in to fix the confusion. While the associate was nice, she definitely wasn't trained properly. Then when I called the main customer service line to check on my order ten days later, I got passed around and hung up on multiple times. I finally got a text back late at night but my case got closed before I could respond. Very disappointing overall.

Should have been able to give zero stars but that wasn't an option. My fiancee and I went in on a day in December and the staff basically ignored us the whole time. I had to watch her get disappointed because nobody was paying attention to us. That ruined what should have been a great day for me. I think your company needs to focus on training your team on customer service. We couldn't get any help and they were basically relieved to see us leave. I know you probably don't care since you get tons of customers, but you lost ours that day. The way your employees acted is exactly how we felt treated, and it wasn't good.

I had a wonderful experience at the Birmingham location with a sales associate named Hannah. She picked out a dress that was exactly what I wanted and fit my vision perfectly. She also suggested lots of accessory ideas to help me visualize different looks. Hannah was friendly, patient and really helpful. Best of all, she didn't pressure me to buy anything right away, but this dress ended up being the perfect choice.

Every person we worked with was attentive and genuinely listened to what we needed instead of pushing items on us. The team treated my daughter with such care and respect. I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone, especially brides who want to feel beautiful and supported.

The team at the Westfield location was outstanding when helping my daughter pick her prom dress. On our first visit, we had two friendly and patient staff members who made the whole experience enjoyable. When we came back for her fitting, the other associates even gave us advice on hair, makeup, and accessories. My daughter felt totally at ease with everyone helping her and got such great service overall.

Two of the stylists were exceptional and made my daughter feel special while giving her professional guidance. They were thoughtful and wonderful to work with. When we returned after alterations, another staff member was respectful and helpful, even giving tips on how to put the dress on properly. One of the team members also helped solve a mix-up quickly and smoothly. The whole team, from the front desk to everyone who worked with us, made this such a positive experience.
