Wanted to find out where my delivery was. They got back to me super quickly and sorted it out right away.

I had two ties returned that were gifted to me, and I called ahead specifically to ask about the refund process. Their rep assured me it would go back as store credit, which mattered since these weren't purchased by me. Unfortunately, they processed it to the original card instead. When I reached back out to fix the mix-up, support said there wasn't anything they could do and a manager would have to call me back. The manager phoned later and basically doubled down that nothing could be changed, offered zero alternatives, and didn't show any good faith effort to make it right. This mistake they made cost me sixty dollars and I'm completely out of luck. Misleading guidance, poor handling of communication, and nobody taking responsibility. I expected way better from their customer team. Really let down and I won't be returning to shop with them again.

The order page shows $29.99 plus free delivery, but when you fill in all your details and hit the payment button, they charge you the full $69.99 and tack on a delivery fee. If you contact them after, they'll sell you the shirt at $29.99 but you still pay for shipping unless your total is over fifty dollars, which isn't mentioned anywhere on the site.
