Ordered a 2 piece tracksuit but only got the top in the box. I asked them to send the bottoms, but the only options they gave me were to return the top for money back or just get half the price refunded. The top by itself doesn't help me at all, so I'm fine returning it except they want $15 for that. Since I already paid $15 for shipping originally, I'm looking at $30 total just to get nothing. My other option is keeping it and taking a $32 refund, which puts me $50 in the hole and the top ends up at a thrift store. Either way I'm out money for an item I never got. I just needed the pants from the set they sold me, which apparently they can't do. Why wouldn't they mention this upfront instead of sending half an order? That's basically fraud if you ask me.

Customer service kept telling me my order number and email weren't in their system! I've been buying from them constantly over the years so there's no way my information isn't registered. Something's wrong with their management now. Steer clear of their WhatsApp messaging especially, it's sketchy and could drain your payment method. You should be embarrassed and I'm reporting you to consumer protection agencies. If I could leave zero stars I would!
