The lining started ripping and peeling off but the company claims I damaged them somehow. That doesn't make sense since all I've done is wear them to walk and sit. I've been loyal for years but they weren't helpful at all when I reached out.

I've never had such a bad experience with a major brand. A simple refund turned into weeks of stress and wasted time. I had to keep pushing them to respond and all I got were generic copied messages that didn't actually help. Their communication kept changing and nobody took responsibility.
