The replacement showed up but the photos started falling out as soon as she wore it. When we asked about it, they said they'd provide new photos, but we couldn't get a refund since it was customized. After wearing the necklace a few times, the locket wouldn't stay closed and my wife stopped wearing it altogether. Just two months in and it's sitting unused. I don't think the quality is there. While the staff were pleasant enough, I can't recommend them because we had too many problems and wound up wasting money.

Be careful with this company. The ring I bought looked completely different from the website photos. It had this really yellow, almost orange tint in certain lighting. When I wanted to return it, they charge you five pounds for no good reason, especially when their online pictures don't match what you actually receive. I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She got a replacement sent to me right away while I mailed back the wrong earring, and kept me updated every step of the way. The replacement even arrived by special delivery on Christmas Eve. Outstanding customer service.
