Terrible bot-like customer service. They clearly don't read your messages because they send back responses that have nothing to do with what you asked about. Refunds take forever and they're useless at helping move the process along.

I hate to say it but the other reviewers are right. This brand has some nice looking stuff but that's where the good news stops. Shipping is slow, orders keep messing up, and there's basically zero customer service. Their prices are too high not to have actual support. My package went missing and I didn't hear back from anyone for over a week. If anything goes wrong, you'll be fighting your credit card company to get help. I've rarely seen anything this bad. There are tons of other companies out there that actually care about their customers.

Went in skeptical after reading other reviews, but honestly had a great time. Grabbed some things during the Black Friday sale, got them pretty quick. Items didn't fit so I sent them back with the prepaid label. Got my money back the very next day after they received everything. Overall solid experience, though I knocked off one star because FedEx was useless with delivery windows, leaving me stuck at home waiting around.

Got their sneakers and returned them the next day because I didn't care for the material. They never sent my refund. I've reached out to support several times now and there's still zero refund. It's frustrating being treated this way as a repeat customer.

Their quality guarantee is basically meaningless. I've sent multiple messages through their website form and even talked to a customer service rep who supposedly sent an internal email, but still crickets from their team.

After reading all the negative reviews, I was really nervous about ordering. But I had to try to get this specific Henley shirt I saw in the Bond movies, so I went for it. Turned out my whole experience was fantastic. FedEx got it to me lightning fast and the quality is outstanding.

Their customer service is terrible. Different reps kept telling me completely different information. I had an item missing from my order, then was told it shipped, then told it wouldn't ship, then told it was sold out and I'd get refunded instead. One of the people I dealt with was downright rude. After spending good money, getting treated poorly is just not acceptable.

Would give this negative score if I could go lower. Skip this brand completely, especially buying straight from their site. Refunds drag on forever and the support team honestly doesn't seem to care. The clothing quality has tanked while prices keep climbing. In my 50 years shopping fashion brands, I've never encountered anything this unethical and insulting.

Ordered a jacket but got sent the wrong thing. Reached out to customer service twice asking for a return label and to get the right jacket shipped, and I've heard absolutely nothing back. It feels like they've outsourced everything to a robot. The whole communication has been totally bizarre and I'm stuck not knowing what my next move is.

Same issue that tons of other people describe here. Ordered 3 pairs of pants, sent back one pair a week later. Six weeks went by with no refund. Customer service keeps saying it's under review. I even sent them the post office receipt proving it arrived back over a month ago, which they acknowledged seeing, but still no refund confirmed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY'S WEBSITE. At minimum, find another retailer.

Seriously, don't do this to yourself. This company will stress you out beyond belief. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered something on July 8th and by August 7th I still didn't have it. Called three times, talked to three different reps, and every single one was nasty to me. The last one especially answered like I was bothering her in the middle of the night. Still no package. I can't get past the rudeness of their staff, especially when you're paying premium prices for this stuff. I'm done with this company for good.

Hands down the worst customer service. Ordered a dress with expedited shipping for $25 extra. They missed the deadline and just refunded that fee. Oh and the dress was the wrong size. Called support and they claimed my size was sold out. Two days later it was back in stock. They said the refund would hit in 7 business days. It's been 10 and still nothing. Every time I call, same story about forwarding my request and getting an email that never comes. The products and the support aren't worth what they're charging.

My whole order was a disaster. Multiple items missing plus stuff showed up that I never bought, including women's jeans when I'm male. Tried emailing and using their online system to complain but nobody got back to me at all. And get this, their system already lets me create return labels for things I never even received. Their whole website experience is broken and their online sales system is completely messed up.
