Ordered something two weeks ago and haven't gotten any shipping updates or tracking information since placing it. Tried contacting their customer service multiple times by email and either got vague answers about looking into it or straight up silence. Then out of nowhere I get an automatic email saying my order got cancelled because it's out of stock. That's strange since I can still see the exact item on their website right now at a higher price than what I paid. It's available in both men's and women's versions, so clearly they cancelled my order to avoid honoring my lower price. Seems pretty shady to me. Terrible service and no honesty. There are way better options like Ssense and Mr. Porter. Skip Browns.

Got shipped the wrong colored bracelet, sent them an email about it, and heard nothing back. So I mailed the bracelet back to them, and they refused the return saying it was the wrong color - which is exactly the problem. They basically kept my money and my bracelet. I've reached out dozens of times and never got a single real response. Can't recommend them at all.

This was my second time shopping with Browns. When I returned items from my first order, including a small keychain, I didn't get my full refund. The warehouse claimed the keychain wasn't in the box I sent back, but I'm positive I put it in there. I should have taken a photo for proof, but I didn't. If you're planning to return anything, watch out. Either the warehouse team is being careless or there's something dishonest going on. I spent a lot of time talking to their customer service about it and got nowhere. Won't be ordering again.

I was hunting for a specific necklace and Browns had the best deal on it. Ordered it late Thursday night, and they shipped it out nine hours later. It got to me in Los Angeles by Monday afternoon, which is faster than stuff I've ordered from other places in California. Everything came beautifully wrapped and exactly as described. The email updates throughout were great too. Definitely looking forward to shopping with them again.

Order processing was super quick. Got exactly what I ordered. One thing though - shipping to my country gets really expensive with taxes on purchases over 150 euros, so I have to be selective about what I buy.
