I'm confused why I keep getting suspicious emails from someone in Texas when I'm located in Australia. Who are you people? This isn't my first sketchy email from that state, but it's definitely the first one claiming to be from an actual store. Cut it out with these emails because I'm never going to fall for whatever you're trying to pull. Your schemes aren't fooling me!

I ordered a new pair of cloud sneakers online and got sent used ones instead. When I complained, customer service basically said that trying on shoes in the store and sending them doesn't mean they're new. The shoes had visible dirt, muddy stains on the bottom, and creases all over the sole. They did provide a prepaid return, but dealing with their customer service was frustrating. It's not really worth the trouble if you're paying for new shoes when they're going to send you worn ones like this. They seem perfectly fine shipping previously worn shoes. If you need new sneakers, I'd shop somewhere else because I can't recommend them for footwear.
