Promo Code Not Working? Try This

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Savings Hacks
Enroll in the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program, then apply a coupon code at checkout to potentially combine savings with your membership benefits and accumulated points.
Choose refundable rate options and monitor your reservation, since you can cancel and rebook with a newer coupon code if a better deal becomes available before your stay.
Return to RetailCoupons.com frequently, as 11 active offers are currently listed and new codes are added throughout the year for holidays and travel seasons.
Wyndham sometimes offers package promotions bundling rooms with dining or activities, which may provide better overall value than applying a straightforward discount code.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Shipping Policy
Hotel bookings are digital reservations rather than physical shipments, so standard shipping does not apply. Wyndham communicates booking confirmations and details via email immediately after your reservation is confirmed.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Returns & Refund Policy
Hotel reservations typically have specific cancellation policies that vary by rate type and property. Most Wyndham properties offer refundable rates that allow free cancellation within a stated window, though non-refundable rates may have stricter terms, so review your specific booking confirmation for details.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Reviews
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 16 shoppers, with reviews heavily skewed toward negative experiences. Recurring complaints center on deceptive practices, including misleading vacation packages with hidden restrictions, unfulfilled promises about free stays or rewards, and sudden policy changes that lock guests' money in points for extended periods. Shoppers also report serious cleanliness issues, unmet special requests (such as connecting rooms), unhelpful front desk staff, and aggressive sales tactics requiring multiple time commitments under false pretenses.
While a minority of shoppers report satisfaction, the dominant pattern in reviews reflects frustration with the company's booking policies, cancellation procedures, property maintenance standards, and customer service responsiveness. Guests express particular concern about the gap between advertised offers and actual availability, as well as the difficulty in resolving issues through official channels without substantial documentation demands.
I bought points on March 25th and they showed up instantly in my account. That same day I booked a room using those points. The next day I bought more points to save money on another booking. This time I got a text saying I had to wait 72 hours. I can't afford a room since my money is locked in points for three days. This shouldn't be allowed.
They called offering a vacation package for $200 with supposedly no blackout dates and limited locations. When I tried to book the dates and location I wanted, it wasn't available. I had to pay an extra $200 plus to get partial overlapping dates at different times. The whole thing was misleading. They also kept harassing me with emails and calls even after I asked them multiple times to stop.
This property in Phuket seems determined to squeeze every dollar possible from guests. I requested to cancel my reservation due to travel restrictions and the regional situation, having already cancelled my flights as a result. They kept demanding proof of flight cancellation, which was unreasonable given the circumstances. They could've just been honest about their cancellation policy instead of asking for documentation. Another small property in Thailand handled my same situation with a no questions asked refund. Be careful when choosing where to stay in Thailand.
This vacation was a nightmare. The apartment was filthy with a damp bed, soiled bedding, a mattress covered in bodily fluids, sketchy electrical wiring, and clogged shower drains. Dust covered everything underneath. It was the worst trip ever and I cried the whole week. The staff apologized a lot and gave a substantial refund after seeing my photos, but nothing could make up for how awful it was. I'd stayed there before and knew what clean looked like. This place should have been condemned.
I bought two rooms for my daughter's family at a Wyndham in Columbus for late February through early March. I specifically asked for and was promised connecting rooms but didn't get them. My daughter told me the hotel was filthy. The person at the front desk was incredibly rude when she tried to address it. This is completely unacceptable. I've stayed at Wyndham properties many times before but I'm done with them now.
We spent two hours listening to a sales pitch and were promised a free three day two night vacation just for our time. When we called to book that gift certificate, they told us we had to sit through another presentation. That's not what we were promised. Two hours of our lives gone for nothing because they lied to us.
Stayed at a Days Inn location in Wisconsin in early December. They put a $150 hold on my card that was supposed to release in a few days but it didn't drop off until over a month later. I had to call customer service multiple times and even contact my bank to get it sorted, though the hold remained until January. The bank told me the hotel chose to extend the hold date. Customer service was unhelpful and tried pushing timeshare stuff on me when I would've listened if they'd actually resolved my money issue. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.
Stayed at a Wyndham location in Ohio this year and had serious safety issues. Someone's car was broken into in the back parking lot on night one. I moved to the front lot after that, but my wedding ring went missing. When I reported this to front desk staff, they seemed more concerned about me not paying for the full six nights rather than helping with my stolen ring. I had prepaid through another booking site so payment wasn't even an issue. I checked out after three days but never got my ring back. Now the hotel won't refund me even though my prepaid booking site is willing. This place is neither safe nor professional.
Booked a hotel and got a confirmation email so I thought everything was fine. When we arrived, we discovered the property had been shut down permanently years ago. This is a huge management failure.
I booked four months in advance for an October family visit and paid upfront. Then I got an email canceling my reservation just three days before arrival with zero explanation or apology. I called the customer care number a dozen times and left three voicemails but never heard back. When I called the hotel directly, a staff member just said they were under renovation and offered no alternatives or help. Since I'd already paid for event tickets, time off work, and other trip expenses, I had to scramble and book somewhere else at double the cost and much further away. Wyndham never followed up. This company's service is awful and I'd steer clear.
Don't stay here. My credit card was fraudulently used just 24 hours after checking in. I'm a single mother on holiday with three kids and suddenly had no access to money for days. My own detective work revealed it was a staff member. Despite the stress and nightmare of being in another country with no funds, the hotel refused to refund my nights. They showed zero compassion for what I went through. Very suspicious operation.
I booked a Vacasa rental through Wyndham Rewards for 30,000 points per night for two nights. The first night was basically unlivable with no running water and broken plumbing until morning. Vacasa approved a full refund for that night but instead of giving back the 30,000 points, my account only got credited 9,500. I called Wyndham several times but kept getting shuffled back to Vacasa with reps saying they couldn't help. Nobody could do a points adjustment. It took filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau before someone finally added the missing 20,500 points to make it right. The real issue is that front line staff should be empowered to handle these situations without bouncing customers between companies. Update: Thanks to Amy for ultimately fixing this.
This was the worst place I've ever stayed. The lobby looks clean and professional but the actual rooms don't match the pictures online at all. The whole floor reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. Our room had burn marks on the floors, walls, bedding, toilet, counters, nightstands and blinds. The blinds were broken and stuck open with no curtains. The bathroom sheetrock was torn up with damage holes in the walls. The mirror was cracked. Trash was in the bed. Sheets and the chair had stains. Housekeeping staff had their kids with them wandering around. When I looked outside, I could see other rooms on that floor had windows wide open with smoke pouring out. Third floor windows with no safety locks or working smoke detectors. Someone had punched out the peephole in our door leaving a hole.
Rooms are always spotless and well kept. The team is welcoming and the rates are really competitive.
This is a lovely spot in a beautiful part of the country perfect for visitors to the area. Our room was comfortable with an excellent bathroom and plenty of closet space despite what some other reviews say. Breakfast was generous with both continental and full English options served in the historic part of the building. The staff member we worked with was fantastic and solved any issues immediately. It's a great location and beautiful area, so we're planning to return.
