Ordered and paid for a personalized religious medal. The package showed up completely empty. It said it was shipped through USPS first class but it actually came through Amazon. We called and they said they'd investigate. When we followed up ourselves since they didn't contact us, they told us the claim got rejected. We paid for a medal and got nothing in the box. Seriously? Did they think we wanted two of the same personalized medal? They messed up and it should've been an easy refund. We've called several times trying to reach a manager with no luck. We're reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I would've never ordered if I'd read the other complaints first. This is either a scam, theft, or just terrible business practice. Order at your own risk.

Just got the St Michael protection bracelet and I really do love it but the company needs to be clear about how they ship things. The package went out through Amazon but there's nothing on the order form or shipping section that tells you that.

Still waiting for my refund on the necklace I sent back. Nobody will return my calls. I've called twice and talked to Rose and Mary both. A supervisor named Rein was supposed to contact me but never did. Really disappointed with how they treat their customers.

The shipping speed deserves one star, honestly that's the only positive thing I can say. Other than that, this has been a nightmare. I got my order of three saint medals with chains and contacted them within 15 minutes of opening the package. They jump on denials right away but when it comes to actually helping you they move at a snail's pace. The medals were rough and scratchy, not safe to wear. The chains were the wrong size too. They had me send pictures. Back and forth we went maybe five or six times. I even offered to send everything back so they could see it themselves, but nope. They kept asking for more pictures and wanted to know my timeline. I told them soon since these were supposed to be gifts for friends going through cancer treatment. Instead of helping, they just procrastinate constantly. They ship fast but that's where the quality stops. The actual craftsmanship, quality control, and customer support are basically nonexistent. After weeks of going in circles while I'm dealing with my own health issues, I decided I can't keep wasting energy on a company that doesn't care about their products or customers. They made their money the dishonest way by selling junk and not standing behind anything they claim to do.

Do not order from these people. I bought a customized necklace in early December to give as a Christmas gift. The shipping info they sent made no sense so I called. They told me they'd fix it and my order would get here for the holidays. But I never got updates. I called back several times and kept getting promises that it would arrive in time. It never did and I had to buy something else as a backup gift. Once Christmas passed I politely asked for my money back. They flat out refused. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed their shipping company for allegedly losing my package and only offered me store credit. Are you kidding me? I'm out the money from the original order, I spent money on a replacement, I wasted time calling them back and forth, plus I lost a piece of jewelry that had personal photos and information on it. There's no way I'd willingly order again after this mess. I've been arguing with them for weeks and they still won't admit they messed up or give me a refund. My credit card company is looking into it now. Stay away from this place.

This company and their products are absolutely terrible. Major rip off. Don't buy from them. They won't let you return anything even though they claim they do. I lost 250 bucks on garbage merchandise.

Ordered a photo locket with a picture of my late father to give to my mom, but when it arrived the surface had scratches and the latch was broken so it kept popping open while wearing it on a chain. I tried calling multiple times but their voicemail was full. I've emailed them three times and haven't gotten a single response back. They're taking advantage of grieving families like mine and that's pretty disgusting.
