When they tried to deliver it again in early spring, it came damaged and improperly packaged. The accent chair had a defective back that wouldn't stay secure. They sent a replacement but the identical problem came back. A repair person said the chair couldn't be fixed. Throughout all this, we faced poor communication, incorrect details about the furniture, missed delivery dates, and slow issue resolution. I'm asking for either new replacement furniture delivered in perfect condition or a full refund due to the defective items and all the trouble this has caused.
