Back in early February, I grabbed a pair of black jeans from their premium line and spent a lot of money on them, counting on the brand's reputation for quality. Now I feel like I just threw my cash in the trash. Here's what went down: after my first wash and wearing them, the fabric started acting strange like it was magnetic or something. It was collecting dust, lint, and fibers constantly and no amount of cleaning kept it from happening. Then the material started getting lumpy with pilling all over different spots. I went to a store location and even the staff who looked at them agreed something was clearly wrong. They had me send the jeans in for a technical review. A few days later I got word that they found no defects. I was let down big time. Given how messed up the pants actually are, I have serious doubts they even did a real thorough inspection.

No one holds them accountable. They don't stand by anything they sell. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else entirely.

Their size chart is way off and led me to order the wrong sizes. When I asked them to fix it, they refused to make any changes.

These jeans fell apart. They came with two large rips in the lower legs that just kept getting bigger over less than two years of normal wear. I called customer service and they wanted like five pages of documentation before lifting a finger. The whole line seems poorly made with inconsistent stitching and the color fades super fast. Take your product back.
