Bought some Santa boots and they didn't fit right, the calf was way too tight. The label said ages 14 and up but they just weren't working. I asked if I could return them and they said yes, but I'd have to cover return shipping from the UK which seemed expensive. Before I agreed though, they changed their story and said it was their 'Blackout period' so they couldn't do a refund unless I placed a new order instead, which felt like a sketchy exchange deal to me. Whole thing seemed off so I decided to pass.
