The belt itself is fantastic, no complaints there since I've purchased it before. However, everything else about the experience was frustrating. It took 14 days just to ship out, and when I complained, I kept getting the same excuse that it would leave soon. They told me that three separate times. Then I paid extra for expedited shipping to get it to Australia for $78, only to be told it would take another 2 to 5 weeks to arrive. Other companies like DHL and UPS manage to get packages from the US in about 5 days. It seems like they're deliberately padding shipping times to increase their profits. They need to step it up.

Ordering and shipping were both quick and straightforward. I prefer the new buckle design over the older version. The old one opened just by lifting where the belt goes through, so moving it around could accidentally open it. The current one has a small lever on the bottom, which is way better. This design really works and hopefully it lasts much longer than regular belts that depend on holes. I've used military style belts that slide with a clamping system, but those tend to come loose as the day goes on. These don't have that problem at all. These are hands down the best belts I've ever owned. The quality is fantastic and I use mine constantly. My only issue is that I'm left handed, so I wear the belt reversed compared to most people, and the emblem won't flip to face the right way. It's a small thing and doesn't affect how great the belt is otherwise, but it would be nice if that were adjustable.
