Have sent back two items and each time I've had to email repeatedly just to get my refund processed. Still waiting on the second refund even after multiple follow-up messages.

Sent back a purchase and waited three weeks for them to acknowledge the return. Then another two weeks went by after they said the refund was processed, but the money never showed up. All I kept getting were the same repetitive generic messages.

Tried contacting them multiple times about my refund but still haven't heard back.
