Another 11 days later I checked in again, and they said they'd been swamped from a busy weekend. Eventually I got a shipping notification, but it took several more days before it actually started tracking properly. The package finally arrived on December 23. When I opened it, the keychain wasn't in there. When I reached out about it, they claimed there was a computer glitch and the promotion had actually ended on December 3, before I even placed my order on the 4th. The whole experience felt really sloppy and unprofessional.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place. I ordered what was supposed to be a silver fringed top. What showed up looked like a cheap grey wig, honestly. The photos comparing what I ordered to what I got are absolutely wild. When I complained, customer service basically offered me a discount code for my next order or told me to just keep the thing and get a partial refund. This is a straight up scam operation.
