I've tried ordering from Cariuma twice and both times have been disappointing. My most recent order placed in late November had a shipping confirmation but as of late December, nothing arrived. I've reached out multiple times by email and text with zero response. My first experience wasn't much better either. They claim 1-2 day shipping but I waited a week before canceling. Their marketing is slick and got me interested, but the actual execution is rough. Honestly, if you're buying shoes online, there are much better companies out there than this one.

The second never shipped and despite trying to reach out multiple times, I heard nothing back and my post on their site disappeared. My card still got charged though. It's frustrating because the sneakers themselves are nice.
