Really disappointed with how they handle customer issues. I bought a couple of CPR rescue kits after my lifeguard recertification and one was defective right out of the box. The latch wouldn't stay closed and the contents spilled out, even into the pool. When I called to report the problem, it took forever to get the staff member to understand what I was talking about. I was on hold for about 25 minutes and they just said everything was out of stock. I tried calling back and got someone else who also didn't grasp what I needed. When I asked to speak with someone else, she didn't even understand that I was supposed to call back later. The whole experience was a runaround. Would not recommend this place.
Over a month now and I still don't have the right swimsuit. First shipment took 10 days but was the wrong item. Had to send it back, which took another 10 days. Now I'm on day 15 waiting for the correct one to arrive. That's 35 days total of waiting around and dealing with problems when I just wanted to buy a swimsuit.
