They don't have a phone line for customer support. My product broke and I have no way to contact anyone to help me fix this.

They never got back to me. Never received what I ordered. My money is gone.

They sent me the wrong thing and I've been trying to reach out for two months now without a single response. I've emailed the American and international teams repeatedly, filled out their contact form on the website, and even messaged them on Instagram and gotten nothing back. Do not order from this place.

Customer service answered my question about a preorder item within twenty-four hours and made me feel really taken care of. I'm a loyal customer and always come back to them for my hair stuff.

The whole thing took about a week from when I asked for the refund to when the money hit my account. I've read some complaints online about their refund process but that definitely wasn't my experience at all.

You'll go to turn it on one day and nothing happens. The device itself is fantastic, but there's definitely a manufacturing flaw. I'm not even a heavy user either, maybe five or six times a week and only when I'm going out or on video calls since I work from home. If not for this defect I'd give five stars, but I can't when I'm replacing it constantly every few months. I'm not misusing it or getting it wet. If anyone at the company reads this, you probably have either a chip problem or some kind of software issue that's automatically shutting these down after four months.

My friend worked at a big hair expo as a Sutra representative and still hasn't been paid for her work and skills. She's owed eight hundred dollars and they won't even talk to her about it. If you're thinking about working trade shows for them, think again.

Don't get anything when it's on sale. I bought a curling iron on Black Friday for eighty bucks. The bigger barrel was the default setting and I didn't switch it before ordering, which was my mistake. I called customer service and asked about swapping it for the version that comes with different barrel sizes for one fifty. They said no exchanges and refunds were my only option. I put in my refund request right away but after almost a week they rejected it saying my order was final sale. My receipt doesn't show anything about final sale and neither does the product description on their site. Their customer service claims that anything bought on sale gets marked as final sale. It's nuts that they won't just take back a brand new product in exchange for me to spend another seventy dollars on different irons. They'd rather keep an unhappy customer and bad press. That's a terrible way to run a business.

Stay away from this place. Total scam operation. They take your cash and then nothing shows up.
