They sent me the wrong thing and I've been trying to reach out for two months now without a single response. I've emailed the American and international teams repeatedly, filled out their contact form on the website, and even messaged them on Instagram and gotten nothing back. Do not order from this place.
This is hands down the best hair tool brand out there. I've bought several different things from them and absolutely love every single one. All my purchases have worked amazingly and I still have them three years later with zero problems. Everything arrived when it was supposed to with no hiccups. Customer service answered my question about a preorder item within twenty-four hours and made me feel really taken care of. I'm a loyal customer and always come back to them for my hair stuff.

The whole thing took about a week from when I asked for the refund to when the money hit my account. I've read some complaints online about their refund process but that definitely wasn't my experience at all.

I'm guessing there's some kind of chip issue causing them to shut down on the same timeline. I bought the first one, then paid for shipping on a warranty replacement that died, then they sent another that failed too, then another one that died yesterday. There's zero warning before it stops. You'll go to turn it on one day and nothing happens. The device itself is fantastic, but there's definitely a manufacturing flaw. I'm not even a heavy user either, maybe five or six times a week and only when I'm going out or on video calls since I work from home. If not for this defect I'd give five stars, but I can't when I'm replacing it constantly every few months. I'm not misusing it or getting it wet. If anyone at the company reads this, you probably have either a chip problem or some kind of software issue that's automatically shutting these down after four months.
