The quality keeps dropping. The app shows nice pictures to get you to book, but the actual room is nothing like that. The management and staff have no idea how to treat guests professionally. They're rude and seem completely untrained. I'm planning to post pictures showing what the property looks like compared to what was advertised.

On my arrival, they informed me without warning that my booking was switched to a different property. I flew in from another city that day and refused to accept the change. When I asked for my money back, they resisted. Getting help from support was frustrating because they kept hanging up and saying I should just accept the new location. I later discovered that a wedding was using the entire original hotel, which explains why they kicked me out. They also pressured me to buy their membership program.

We made a reservation for our family with specific requirements about location. We called customer support and explained we needed somewhere within a kilometer of a specific landmark. The representative confirmed she found a hotel matching our needs within that radius and asked for a deposit, which we paid. She said she'd connect us with the hotel but the call dropped. When we checked later, the actual location was about fourteen kilometers away - totally different from what we were told. Same day we filed a complaint saying it would be resolved within a day or two, but it was just closed without any resolution. The company won't refund our money. A senior staff member refused to help.

Had the worst experience. I booked multiple rooms but they were not cleaned properly, and there were electrical problems. We were six people but only got four rooms. The room was filthy. The fan was dirty, tiles were broken, walls were falling apart, and the doormat was mangled. No working television. Absolutely terrible value for money.

Don't waste your money booking here. Very unreliable. I booked with parking included but couldn't even park a bike there. Plus, the room quality was poor. The customer service was awful. The front desk would hang up on you whenever you had questions or problems. These folks were clearly not competent at their jobs.

Worst hospitality I've experienced. I booked an air conditioned room but when we showed up, they refused to let us stay. Even with a confirmed booking, they turned us away. The receptionist demanded extra payment for the AC room even though we already paid for it. This is fraudulent. We complained through the website but got no response. They also denied our request for a refund on the extra charges they tried to squeeze out of us.

I wish I could give negative stars because this place deserves way less than one. The hotels they partner with aren't good quality and the customer service is practically nonexistent.
