Don't do it. I had a really rough experience and I'm warning international shoppers to seriously reconsider ordering here. My young daughter accidentally placed an order, and I called customer service literally 60 seconds after the transaction went through asking to cancel. They flat out refused. They're just going to ship something internationally that I already told them I won't accept, which wastes money and creates headaches for everyone, especially people ordering from outside the US. Ordered a small dress using their size guide, plus I already owned other pieces from them so I trusted the sizing. When it arrived way too tight to even zip up, they treated me like it was my fault. After I measured it and found out the bust was 4 inches smaller than what their own size chart claimed for a small, they completely stopped responding to my messages. They shipped me a dress that didn't match their measurements and refused to work with me on getting my money back. The whole process has been nothing but attitude and excuses. That pretentious New York fashion vibe is completely outdated anyway.
