Don't do it. I had a really rough experience and I'm warning international shoppers to seriously reconsider ordering here. My young daughter accidentally placed an order, and I called customer service literally 60 seconds after the transaction went through asking to cancel. They flat out refused. It's frustrating and makes zero sense. They're just going to ship something internationally that I already told them I won't accept, which wastes money and creates headaches for everyone, especially people ordering from outside the US. Most retailers at this price point give you at least a brief window to cancel before the package ships, but not these guys. Their unwillingness to help shows they don't really care about customer needs. Really disappointed and I won't be ordering again. Anyone else thinking about buying should definitely think twice, especially if you're ordering internationally.

Absolutely terrible customer service paired with a returns process that's unnecessarily difficult. I wish I had checked other review sites before ordering from this place. What really bothers me is how they take traditional design elements from different cultures and use them without any acknowledgment or credit. It would be so simple to just mention inspiration sources! The dress, blouse, and jacket designs from 2023-2024 look copied directly from other brands.

Ordered a small dress using their size guide, plus I already owned other pieces from them so I trusted the sizing. When it arrived way too tight to even zip up, they treated me like it was my fault. After I measured it and found out the bust was 4 inches smaller than what their own size chart claimed for a small, they completely stopped responding to my messages. They shipped me a dress that didn't match their measurements and refused to work with me on getting my money back. The whole process has been nothing but attitude and excuses. That pretentious New York fashion vibe is completely outdated anyway.
