Watch out. I ordered three cabinet doors back a couple years ago and two arrived still in their original packaging, sealed up and ready to go. The third one showed up without any protective wrapping. The black finish was dirty and had a visible flaw. Clearly this was a returned or used piece. I contacted the store about it and they basically said they couldn't help since it was past their return window. They actually suggested maybe I had removed the protective sheets myself. My mistake for not opening every single box right when it was delivered to inspect the merchandise. It's disappointing that they sent out an open or returned item when I paid full price for a brand new one. I paid six hundred dollars for that particular door. My takeaway here is make sure you check everything immediately when it shows up, because this company won't always make sure you get new merchandise even when that's what you ordered.

Spent five thousand on a new griddle and had nothing but trouble. Communication was lacking, follow up was weak, and support after my purchase basically didn't exist. Installation was supposed to happen today but they just dropped it off instead. This is nine weeks after they originally said it would be installed. Don't say we didn't warn you.

I had to source the part from somewhere else entirely to keep my installation on schedule. I asked for my money back through email, and after waiting another two weeks, still no refund. Once your cash is in their hands, don't expect them to stand by you.

I put in an online order for a high-priced grill and received the wrong thing completely. I had to keep calling back about the correct replacement at least five times. Nobody from the business ever bothered to contact me to sort it out. It took six full weeks for them to finally fix an error that they made. And that's not even the worst part. They showed up with the right unit but never took away the wrong one I'd been stuck with. I won't be shopping there again after going through all this. I realize mistakes happen, but they should have fixed it right away and given it priority, considering how much money I spent. Waiting six to eight weeks for them to handle something they messed up is completely unacceptable. If you need a grill and can buy it somewhere else that carries it, I'd seriously recommend doing that instead.

I ordered a Kamado Joe and waited three months for delivery of the accessories, which never showed up even though other retailers had them in stock. When I complained, they went ahead and cancelled the whole thing, told me I was being difficult, and suggested I just order online before hanging up on me. Really not the kind of treatment you expect. I'd recommend going elsewhere for your grill needs since this company has exclusive distribution rights and their service has been absolutely disappointing.

Had a great interaction with Rick at the store location. He was extremely informed about everything in the store and really helped me out. When I told him what I needed, he found it, got it delivered right to my house, and I barely had to lift a finger. Really blown away by how simple and convenient he made the whole experience. Bought an expensive outdoor furniture set and matching table after staff recommended it and promised it was UV resistant. Turns out it wasn't at all. Within a couple months of the warranty ending, everything started splitting apart, and I'm not even leaving it in direct sun. It sits under a covered patio. The store basically said tough luck once they had my money. I tried asking about repair options but they weren't interested in helping.
