Their stuff is pretty good, but I ran into major issues when I wanted to stop my subscription. I'd signed up for a three-month prepaid plan since I thought I'd want new workout gear monthly, but honestly it was too much for me. When I called to cancel, the first rep seemed fine at first but then just hung up without any warning. She never called back either. The next couple times I tried calling, somehow nobody was there to help even though it was definitely during their business hours. It's frustrating how they make signing up super simple but make canceling feel impossible. There should be an easy cancel button right on the site, but there isn't. Really disappointed by how they handle this.
