They wouldn't refund the express shipping fee and kept saying it had been delivered, telling me to contact the carrier instead. Then they actually hung up on me. I will never shop there again.
I ordered shoes following their sizing guidelines but they came in way too small, like over a whole size off. The company refused to refund it or even offer an exchange.
I've bought from this company before and was pretty disappointed this time around. I ordered three white leotards in different styles for my daughter because she has a longer torso and sizing can be tricky. When they arrived, she put them on over undergarments to try them out, picked the one that worked, and I put the other two back in their original packaging with tags attached and sent them back through UPS for a return. A few days later, one of the leotards came back to me wrapped in paper with a note saying it couldn't be returned since it was supposedly worn or washed. That's not true at all. The leotard is spotless and was only tried on briefly. I asked them to look at the return again but they wouldn't budge and refused to refund my money. I'm done shopping here. There are plenty of other online dance retailers that treat their customers better and actually stand behind what they promise.

I went back to the website, started a return, got a return label, took the package to the pickup spot, and mailed everything back. But then customer service claimed the shoes were marked final sale and refused to do anything, not even an exchange or store credit. Don't waste your time here. The prices are already high and they'll just deny your refund or replacement anyway.

When I got my order confirmation, it didn't show the shipping address, just the order number and a note that it would ship out the next day from their Pennsylvania location. If they had included the address on that email I would have caught the mistake right away and fixed it or cancelled. The next day I got the shipping notification and that's when I saw the old address, but by then it was too late because it had already been shipped. Plus their customer service doesn't work on weekends. I called to let them know what happened but they basically said tough luck since they're claiming it was my mistake not theirs, so there's nothing they can do about it. Nothing.
Terrible experience with my billing. They charged me twice for the same order when they decided to split it into two shipments. I had put in a discount code but when I looked at my statement, it seemed like the discount didn't actually apply and I was being charged full price. I had to call twice and waste about an hour getting them to fix the double charge and honor my coupon. It was incredibly frustrating.
