What Shoppers Say About azunafresh.com
Azunafresh.com is rated 1.7 out of 5 by 18 shoppers, with the vast majority expressing serious dissatisfaction. The most common complaints center on weak or nonexistent fragrance performance (reviewers report products with barely detectable scent despite high prices), unpleasant or overpowering smells (particularly tea tree oil), and poor customer service when addressing issues. Several reviewers also raise health and safety concerns about tea tree oil's potential toxicity to pets. One positive review praises the product for naturally eliminating pet odors without harsh chemicals, suggesting the concept appeals to some shoppers seeking chemical-free alternatives.
Quality control and consistency appear to be significant problems, with one shopper reporting that a reorder of the same product had drastically weaker fragrance than the original purchase. When customers have attempted returns or complained about defective products, the company's responses (offering discounts for future purchases or requesting customers pay return shipping on opened bottles) have frustrated shoppers rather than resolved their concerns. The overwhelmingly negative feedback indicates widespread customer dissatisfaction with both product performance and the company's handling of complaints.

Sorted by: Most recentThis is an overpriced scam and you should not buy it. The product did absolutely nothing for my house. You'd need to shove your nose right up against the container to catch even a hint of smell. I waited a full month thinking maybe I was wrong, but nope, eventually just tossed it. I suspect every fragrance they sell is identical but just has different labels on it. The supposed tea tree scent wasn't pleasant either. This doesn't even merit a single star.
Absolutely horrible smell. I invested $150 in the Amalfi Coast fragrance and it was revolting. Total rip-off and I had to throw everything out immediately. I'm not even bothering with their refund process. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company instead. Stay away from this!
When I opened the package, the fragrance was extremely strong, so I looked it up online to see if that was normal. That's when I discovered multiple articles explaining that tea tree oil, which is the main component of this product, can actually be toxic and dangerous to dogs, even just from inhaling the scent. I called my veterinarian right away and she told me to throw it out immediately. I got rid of the entire home package without hesitation. Their website repeatedly claims it's safe for dogs, which is completely false. This misleading advertising could genuinely harm someone's pet. Dog owners need to be informed about this risk.
I'm really impressed with this product. My family works hard to keep harsh chemicals away from our home, and while typical candles and air fresheners just mask pet odors, we wanted something that actually eliminates them. This successfully got rid of the dog smell without making the house smell like a fragrance factory. It's also done an amazing job in our teenager's room. We picked up their surface cleaner too and that's fantastic as well.
My first order was solid with a noticeable scent. When I ordered again, the smell was so weak it was basically undetectable. Customer support suggested a discount for my next purchase, which didn't make sense since I already wasted money. They followed up with a refund offer, but only if I shipped the opened bottle back at my cost. This approach makes me think they don't actually want repeat customers.
Fresh out of the box, the scent leans pretty heavy on tea tree oil but gradually becomes more tolerable. Here's the thing though: nobody warns you about dumping out the spent gel. I was blindsided by an absolutely brutal, eye-watering, nose-attacking stench that came pouring out of that small glass container when I emptied the old gel. This is not a job for inside your house. You need to do this outside, toss that goop straight into a trash bin away from your home, maybe even say some prayers to keep that intense vinegary tea tree monster from haunting you afterward. The jar itself is cute and refilling is easy once you've dealt with that odor ordeal.
The product didn't work for me. I tried reaching out to their customer service about returning it and got an email saying someone would contact me in 2 days to handle the return. That was over a month ago with zero follow-up. I phoned them today and got an automated system directing me online, which told me they'd call right back or suggested I leave a voicemail. I left a message and I'm crossing my fingers that someone actually calls me back so I can recover my $50. I really would not recommend them.
I fell for a Facebook advertisement and purchased this hoping it would tackle the cooking odors stuck in my home. Initially I detected mostly tea tree oil, but a week later that faded and I'm back to the same kitchen smells hanging around like before. I'll definitely be checking independent reviews online before trusting company-provided testimonials in the future.
You're throwing your money away with this one. The fragrance is barely noticeable. Every single scent option smells identical anyway. The product simply doesn't freshen up your living space.
My wife spotted Azuna scents advertised on a TV show and we bought a 4-pack. The order arrived quickly and we were thrilled to try it. I placed one scent in the dining room and another in the laundry area, but within seven days both stopped working despite the glass containers still looking full. We're disappointed and won't be ordering again. Buyers should be cautious here.
