Getting yourself off their mailing list is unnecessarily complicated.

I've been ordering their CBD stuff for quite a while now. Orders arrive quickly and their support team is really responsive when you need help.

Been getting sleep gummies regularly for the past seven months. Then out of nowhere, my subscription started sending me a completely different product without asking. The original item I'd been ordering got discontinued, and they swapped it in without telling me. Plus the new one costs double and only has half the gummies. When I checked my order history, it's now showing I've been buying the new product the whole time, which is bogus because I still have all my old bottles. The replacement just doesn't work as good either, I have to take three at once to feel anything.

After placing my order, I found out the item was backordered. Three weeks passed while I waited without any updates from the company. Eventually I just cancelled everything. The customer service team was actually pretty helpful when I reached out, but the company should have been more proactive about communicating the delay, especially once it stretched past just a couple days.

The product itself is great but I'm having trouble with an exchange. I accidentally put the wrong thing in my order, but after waiting three weeks I still haven't heard back about whether they'll swap it out for what I actually wanted.

Seemed fair to me. What followed was three months of unanswered messages, people in the company claiming they couldn't locate anyone in marketing even though they work there, and then ignoring complaints sent to the Better Business Bureau for another month. They just don't care about their customers at the end of the day.

Feel like I got ripped off here. Picked up a high-strength CBD oil recently and it just didn't work. The product itself looks thin and doesn't have much taste, plus it barely did anything unless I used way more than the recommended amount. The price tag is pretty steep, though I will say they processed my refund without too much hassle. I'm switching back to another brand I liked before.
