What Shoppers Say About atomstack.com
The vast majority of Atomstack shoppers report strong satisfaction with the company's laser cutting machines, particularly praising the A70Max for its powerful laser performance, generous workspace, portability, and reliable operation across demanding projects. Customers consistently highlight the user-friendly interface and note that customer support is responsive and helpful when issues arise. However, a significant concern emerged from one customer who received a refurbished unit that arrived damaged and unsafe, with multiple defects including shattered laser glass, broken connectors, and a non-functional power supply, coupled with frustration over the support experience. This isolated but serious negative experience suggests quality control issues with refurbished units may warrant careful consideration before purchase.
Atomstack appears to offer genuine value for users seeking capable laser cutting equipment for both hobbyist and professional applications. Most reviewers emphasize the machines' durability and capability-to-price ratio, and several specifically mention the advantage of purchasing directly from the official Atomstack site. The stark contrast between overwhelmingly positive operational feedback and the one severe product defect indicates that while the machines themselves perform well when functioning properly, there may be inconsistency in the refurbishment process or quality assurance that buyers should be aware of.

Sorted by: Most recentTERRIBLE SUPPORT AND SERVICE!! Ordered a refurbished A10 Pro and it showed up fast, but what I got was broken and unsafe - definitely not a refurbished unit. The laser glass was completely shattered with light leaking out toward me, the controller USB and power socket were damaged, the power supply was shot, wrong allen keys were included, and it even had the previous owner's cable ties still in there. They claim every Atomstack product gets checked at least 4 times, but I guess quality control was asleep at the wheel. Been trying to get a replacement through the seller but Atomstack keeps making excuses instead of standing behind what they sold. I find it hard to believe a shipping company would open the box, peel away all the protective foam, snap the internal USB and power connections, then reseal everything with matching tape. Waiting for weeks now and apparently it takes a minimum of 30 days just to ship replacement parts from their UK location to UK customers. Nothing but delays and lies. STEER CLEAR.
I move my equipment frequently for bigger jobs, and the A70Max has been perfect. It's light enough to cart around, sits great on my custom rolling setup, and punches through thicker materials without breaking a sweat. The user-friendly interface works smoothly alongside my CNC, and having both tools really opens up what I can create.
Got my A70Max and wow, it's incredible. The laser power is fantastic and you get so much usable workspace for tackling ambitious projects. This machine totally changed my game in its class. Definitely worth getting!
Just got the A70Max and I'm seriously impressed. The performance is phenomenal with a laser that's powerful enough for even the toughest jobs. The large cutting area is awesome because you can work on bigger and more creative projects. If you want a machine that delivers on both quality and capability in a bigger package, this is it. I'm totally thrilled with what I bought and would absolutely recommend the A70Max to anyone shopping for a dependable, high-performing unit.
Picked up the A70 max and I'm really happy with how powerful it is and the big work surface. Had a bit of trouble getting everything set up though. Reached out for help and Andy got back to me super quick. He walked me through fixing the issue with a helpful video explanation. Really solid support and big thanks to Andy for making it easy!
Looks like the official site for Atomstack is right here. I looked around and compared different sellers before deciding to go with the actual brand for the A40. The machine works great and runs steady.
I'm always shuffling equipment around my workspace when I'm working on bigger jobs like large tables. I'd hate to deal with a bulky CO2 laser and its separate cooling system taking up all my room. My A70 Max sits on a lightweight cart I made myself, so I can roll it wherever I need. What really gets me is how easily it cuts through thick stuff, and the workflow feels natural if you've used diode lasers before. It pairs perfectly with my CNC machine, which is solid but can't do inside corners cleanly and tends to damage delicate pieces. The A70 Max is where I shine, letting me push my creative boundaries even further!
Grabbed the A70Max and the performance is really solid. You get a strong laser and tons of workspace that lets you tackle bigger undertakings. Fantastic option if you're looking for a bigger machine!
SERIOUSLY, DON'T BUY FROM HERE. I placed an order for a laser engraver almost two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I've sent several emails about it. The first response was basically a copy-paste message saying they're 'working with the shipping company to speed things up.' Then five more days went by without any updates, so I followed up again. Now it's been three more days since that email with zero reply, and I've had to reach out a third time. Their customer service is absolutely awful. Even if I eventually get my engraver, dealing with them has been a nightmare. Don't waste your time ordering from this place.
