This gel doesn't work. Won't stay put on your toothbrush, and their cancellation process is basically hidden behind confusing dark text everywhere.
The peppermint version gave me really bad tooth sensitivity that I'd never dealt with before. Soon as I stopped using it the pain went away. If you're thinking about trying this, buy it through Amazon so you can actually return it easily. And skip the mouthwash, it tastes awful.
I placed one order and got it fine. Then they signed me up for automatic recurring shipments through Shopify without asking. I called and just got voicemail with nobody calling back. Sent emails and didn't even get a confirmation that they read them. Tried canceling through Shopify but apparently my account doesn't work with their system so I can't do anything there. Finally found the subscription on the LivFresh website but when I try to cancel it shows me a video about why I shouldn't, then only lets me delay it for 2 or 4 weeks instead of actually stopping it. Couldn't remove my card either when I tried that. Had to file a chargeback with my bank. The order's still in pending status so there's no reason I shouldn't be able to cancel it, but they're refusing. This company is shady as hell. Don't give them money or you'll be stuck paying forever.
The toothpaste itself cleans great and those whitening strips worked fine too. Thing is, I've been using this for about 5 months and I'm dealing with serious tooth pain and sensitivity in a bunch of spots, which I've never had before in my life. Just checked with my dentist and no cavities so that's not it. I'm switching brands to see if it goes away. Kinda frustrated I spent money on something that's causing me problems.

A tracking number came in the first week but UPS didn't actually pick it up until three weeks later in early January. They kept saying delivery would be January 9th or after. Package showed up on January 6th sitting on my porch in freezing temperatures with no protection. Lucky I happened to go outside and get it inside to warm up. Going to stop ordering from them going forward. I can't say anything bad about the actual toothpaste itself, it works great. But I'm buying from somewhere else or just getting regular toothpaste from Amazon or a store instead. Their service and shipping are terrible, exactly like all the reviews say. Wish I'd found these complaints before I ordered.
Same issue others have mentioned. I ordered and they said it shipped right away. Then nothing happened for days. Got a generic email saying they noticed no updates but to hang tight. Weeks went by so I looked at other reviews and saw this keeps happening. Sent them a message saying I'd get a response in hours. That wasn't true. Eventually I had to call my credit card company and file a dispute just to get them to respond. I asked them to cancel and refund me, which they ignored. Two days later UPS picked it up anyway. I told them again I wanted to cancel and was told I could refuse the delivery, except by then it was already dumped on my porch. Once it arrived I was told to pay for return shipping myself. When I complained they finally gave me a label and said I'd get refunded, but not the full amount I paid, so I got shorted on that too.
