Sorted by: Most recentBought jeans to support American manufacturing, but they fit wrong when they arrived. Decided to send them back since they were brand new and unworn. Got my return authorization number and shipped them out, though I had to pay for that myself which wasn't great. The warehouse confirmed delivery in mid-November according to the tracking info. Their policy says refunds come within 10 business days of receiving the item. Fast forward a month and still nothing in my account. Called them up and they said to be patient because of the holidays. Fair enough, I waited more. Another month goes by. Two months total with my jeans sitting in their warehouse and zero refund. Sent another message asking what's going on and where my money is. This whole experience has been really disappointing for a company that's supposed to be about American values.
Ordered jeans and they weren't the right size, which seems to be a common complaint based on other people's experiences. Filled out their exchange request form and also asked two things in the comments section about getting sizing help and purchasing a return label. When the reply came back with my return number, neither of my questions got answered. I've read plenty of complaints about the customer service here and expensive returns. Now I'm just asking for a refund instead of exchanging because I'm done wasting money and time on this. It's frustrating that an American business would choose to offer such poor support.
