Then within days, the same dresses went on sale for another 50% off. When I asked about a price match, they refused. Saks and Bloomingdale's would have taken care of that without any hassle and their customer service actually exists.
Absolutely terrible experience. I tried using their chat support to ask questions about an item before purchasing, but they claimed to be too busy and said they'd email me back. They never did. I attempted the chat feature multiple times over several days with the same result each time. Eventually I bought a jacket anyway, but it was a complete disappointment so I sent it back the same day. Two weeks passed with no word on my return. When I called their phone line, I just got a recording saying they were busy and eventually they disconnected. No matter how many times I called or what time of day, it was always the same excuse. My emails went unanswered too. I've been a loyal customer for years and can't believe how awful their customer service has become. I'm still waiting on a $300 refund and it's honestly shameful.
Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I bought something when they had an extended 3 month return window during the pandemic. When I tried returning it a month later, their return system was broken. After sending around 20 emails back and forth, they finally provided me the return paperwork since they kept directing me to their non functional portal. I shipped it myself from out of the country and paid for shipping. Canada Post confirmed delivery over a month ago but I heard nothing from them. Only after I complained did they agree to investigate and ask for my shipping info. Today I finally got my refund, but they deducted the sales tax. When I questioned this, they told me it was non refundable and suggested I contact customs myself. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend shopping here.
