Disappointing Experience Overall. This business removes negative feedback from their website. I submitted a review that never appeared. My order had a serious problem where the return address was getting scanned by postal machines as if it were the delivery address, causing over 10% of items to come back to me. The pieces arrived damaged from the postal equipment, and now they're marked twice. We've been trying to cross out the original return address to fix things. Ann's offered to reprint them, but honestly that feels pointless at this stage. I'm using what I have left and buying extra postage I shouldn't need to spend on. I'm directing people to check our site instead for real feedback. Sure, the designs look nice initially, but they show up in rough condition. Posted a review with photos on 7/2 and got a confirmation that it went through. It's not on the site. Posted it again and got another confirmation. Pretty suspicious. I definitely would've passed on this purchase if I'd seen my original review posted.
