Their customer service is really awful! I've contacted them several times and all I get are one-sentence responses that don't actually address what I'm asking. I requested a price match that I clearly qualified for, and when I pointed out that they didn't honor it, I heard absolutely nothing back. I won't be shopping there again.
Really disappointed with the service during their sale. I ordered a snowsuit for my toddler and they said it would arrive within 5 days. Nine days later I find out the item is actually out of stock. That's not how you should run a business.
Have ordered from them a handful of times over the years. Sometimes shipping takes a week, sometimes it's 2-3 weeks. Meanwhile your kids are waiting for their new winter gear. You'd think a company that makes such quality products would be able to get orders out faster.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed my order on November 8th and after some wait times, it shipped with Canada Post. Two days before it was supposed to arrive, Canada Post went on strike, which wouldn't have happened if the order had shipped on time. When I contacted them about this, they basically said there was nothing they could do and I'd need to place a new order and return the original. I agreed, but they wouldn't honor the discount from my first order on the replacement. After many messages, one of their reps finally gave me a coupon. The new order went in on November 22nd and still hasn't shipped, even though their website claims they deliver on time with next business day processing. When I complained, I just got a generic response about high order volumes and delays. This is supposed to be a replacement for their failure to deliver the first time.
We keep coming back season after season because we're obsessed with this brand! My son loves their dinosaur print collection. The pieces are trendy, super comfortable, and hold up great through all the rough play. Definitely ordering again!
Be careful before ordering! I bought some items and when part of my daughter's outfit didn't fit and wasn't in stock, I decided to return it and repurchase when available. This was well within the 30-day window and everything was sent back brand new and unworn. They then emailed me saying the item showed signs of wear and had holes in it, which is completely false. I've reached out to them multiple times but they have terrible customer service, won't return my calls, and refuse to provide any proof. I've been a loyal customer for years but I'm done. Looking at their social media, I'm not alone in this experience. It's unfortunate because I love supporting Canadian brands. Honestly, it wasn't even about the money on this particular item, it's the principle of the matter.

My shipment got lost in the mail and they basically ignored their own shipping policies. It's been two weeks and nothing has been resolved. The postal service confirmed the package is lost, and the shipping company says the retailer needs to file a claim, but that hasn't happened. They move slowly on fixing problems and don't seem to care. I can't even speak to the product quality, but their customer service is seriously lacking.
