Serious billing issue with this company. Got charged twice on my card for a single order - they hit me for over $550 total when I should have only paid around $280. Contacted my bank about the duplicate charges and they confirmed Monfrere ran the transaction twice. The company's responses have been full of excuses and deflecting instead of actually fixing the problem. This feels like intentional fraud to me. I've already filed complaints with my bank and plan to report this to local authorities as well. Really disappointed I trusted this company with my money. Won't be shopping here again and can't recommend them to anyone.
