What Shoppers Say About Double Wood Supplements
Double Wood Supplements earns strong approval from most shoppers, who consistently praise the quality and specificity of their products, particularly noting scientifically-formulated supplements like their D3K2 (with superior Trans-form K2) and Benfotiamine. Customers also highlight competitive pricing and responsive customer service, with several mentioning that the company goes above and beyond to resolve issues like duplicate charges or subscription problems.
However, a small number of shoppers report frustration with subscription management and customer service responsiveness. One reviewer detailed an unresponded cancellation request that resulted in a $115 charge, followed by difficulty reaching the support team by phone. These isolated incidents suggest that while most interactions are positive, the company's subscription handling and communication consistency could be areas for improvement.

Really happy with their D3K2 supplement. After reading up on why the Trans form of K2 is superior to the cis form, I searched everywhere for K2 products that had mostly or entirely Trans composition. Double Wood's version was the best I found. Been taking it for several months now and genuinely satisfied.
Back in March I sent an email asking them to cancel my recurring NMN shipments since I already had plenty stocked up. Never got a response and then last week they billed my card for $115 anyway. Called their customer service line, sat on hold for about six minutes, and got told nobody was available and to leave a message instead. Honestly thinking about disputing this charge with my credit card company.
Very happy customer from overseas who regularly orders Sulbutiamine from them.
I've been using Benfotiamine for pain management for quite a while now. When Double Wood ran out of stock for several months with no clear restocking date, I had to look elsewhere, but honestly nothing compared to theirs. I was thrilled when my subscription order from another retailer finally arrived with the Double Wood version again. So relieved to have my favorite back.
My auto shipment got all messed up with a duplicate order I couldn't afford. After bringing it to their attention, they stepped in and resolved it in the most helpful way possible. Really thankful for how they treated me.
My subscription order got mixed up and I ended up with duplicate items I couldn't justify paying for. When I contacted them about it, they handled everything really well and were super generous in making it right. I really appreciate how they took care of me.
This was my first purchase from them and unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the product. I emailed support and heard back quickly. Got my money back completely with no fuss, just had to send photos of the bottle and exp date. Really happy with how they handled it and would recommend.
Ordered from them for the first time and had a bad reaction to what I got. I reached out to their support team and they got back to me right away. They gave me a full refund without any hassle, just asked for pictures of the bottle and expiration date. I'd definitely recommend them.
Received a magnesium supplement with a competitor's label covered up with their own sticker on top. This meant I ended up taking twice the dose of something I didn't actually order. This is sketchy and potentially dangerous. People could seriously get hurt if they're taking supplements they didn't intend to take or double doses of things.
