What Shoppers Say About Buca di Beppo
Buca di Beppo receives largely positive feedback from most diners, who consistently praise the generous portion sizes, quality of food, and fair pricing, particularly for a Strip location. Reviewers highlight attentive service with managers checking on tables, appealing drink deals, and specific staff members who enhance the dining experience. However, one customer reported a frustrating experience where a server failed to apply a $20 coupon and refused to adjust the bill afterward, citing that he was too busy with other tables.
The restaurant appears to deliver strong value and quality Italian cuisine that encourages repeat visits, though service consistency may vary depending on individual staff members and circumstances. Those seeking a reliable dining experience recommend requesting specific servers and joining the email club for deals.

Sorted by: Most recentI took my brother out to celebrate his birthday at this location back in March and ordered lunch for around $113. I mentioned to my server that I had a $20 coupon to apply, but he never used it. When I asked about it, he said it was too late because he was busy with other tables. When I asked if he could adjust the bill, he claimed he couldn't open the register. I left without getting my discount. I called the restaurant the next day and spoke with a manager who was very apologetic and promised to email me a $50 coupon as compensation. However, I never received that coupon in my email, and despite calling multiple times afterward, no one got back to me. It's disappointing that the manager made a promise but didn't follow through, and I'm still out the $20 I should have saved. I had planned to bring some friends from church back for another visit, but this experience has left me feeling let down.
This is about the location in Las Vegas and I have to say it's become one of my favorite spots for Italian food in the city. I go regularly and the quality is consistently great. You get generous portions at a fair price, which is refreshing when eating on the Strip. I've been subscribed to their email club for quite a while now and they don't bombard you with spam. Instead, you get a decent monthly coupon plus special offers for birthdays and other occasions, which is awesome. The staff and bartenders have really treated me well as a regular, and the manager Chris has been super welcoming. I try to stop in at least once a week when I can. This place is a solid Italian restaurant and I'm glad I found it.
The servings here are really generous so I'd recommend sharing. Request Frank if you can - he's a great server and you'll have a solid experience. Both managers stopped by our table to see how everything was going, which was really nice. Plus, you honestly can't beat the drink deals they offer on the Strip.
