Trying to cancel is basically impossible. The cancel option on their website doesn't even function and they don't answer any emails asking to stop. I'm going to have to challenge this with my credit card company instead. I've asked them to cancel at least 4 separate times and gotten nothing back.

Huge scam alert. They automatically enroll you in a subscription plan and then they charge you just to cancel it (and that's assuming they even send your original order or respond to you at all). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!

Paid for my order but it never showed up. I emailed them and they said I'd get it by a certain date, which didn't happen. When I reached out again a week later, I got no reply. I've filed a fraud dispute with my bank now. BE CAREFUL !!!!!!!

This is a scam through and through. They don't mention upfront that if you sign up for their subscription you can't just cancel whenever you want, they force you to get at least 3 more orders first. If you push back on this they hit you with a ten dollar charge. Just stay away unless you're prepared to commit to buying multiple times.

Placed an order quite a while back and tried contacting their support team many times via email, their website chat, and their social media pages. They've completely ignored every single attempt to reach them. My payment went through but I never got my order. I've seen tons of complaints online from other customers dealing with the exact same problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THIS IS FRAUDULENT. Contact the financial ombudsman or report them to authorities because they seriously need to be looked into and shut down.

Yeah the products cost quite a bit but honestly they work great when you stick with using them regularly. I had to cancel my subscription because of money issues though. The customer service team was fantastic though and really helped me out when I ran into some technical problems. I'd say it's worth checking these products out.

Total waste of money. These things did not work at all and fell right off when I tried using them the first time. They don't seem like they'd be any good for wearing multiple times. Really not worth spending your money on this.

The silicon patches do help a little bit with reducing fine lines, but you can find the exact same products online cheaper, sometimes for like one fifth of what they charge. Plus other brands like Pacifica have better options since you can wear theirs overnight with serums. Really wish I'd looked around first since this just taught me about silicon patches and I overpaid for the name. The worst part is how they trick you into a subscription. When you're checking out, it's not clear that you're locked in for at least three shipments before canceling is allowed. If you want to cancel before that, you have to pay a fee. I've been logging in to skip shipments instead, and it's honestly exhausting.

Misleading minimum purchase requirementThey lock you in for a minimum of 3 orders even though the cancel button says you can stop after just 1 and then charge you ten bucks to actually "cancel" early. Customer support is silent and unresponsive unless you threaten a chargeback. Not recommending this to anybody. The patches themselves are good when reusable but the company is a no go.

I signed up for a subscription and when my patches came in the mail, they were incredibly small. My forehead isn't even that big and these things were way too tiny, like they'd be better suited for a child. I wanted to stop my subscription so I tried clicking the cancel button but got an error message instead. I'm planning to cancel through PayPal but I'm really not sure about how trustworthy this company actually is.
