I've been loyal to this brand for ten years and I'm furious with what's happened. They reformulated everything and changed all their shades without telling anyone, then refused to refund customers who bought the original colors and got totally different ones. Now they won't refund purchases from distributors even though they're the manufacturer. Their support reps just send copy-paste responses. The quality has dropped significantly and they're using cheaper ingredients like hydrogenated oils, iron oxide, titanium dioxide, and other processed stuff instead of the original formula. At the very least they need to fix the color issues they created for customers.

They changed their formulas by throwing in titanium dioxide and all kinds of CI iron oxides. Still advertising fruit pigmented makeup when they clearly added synthetic stuff. They removed my reviews and others that called this out. When I emailed asking about it, they first said their factory makes other products so contamination risk made it necessary. Then when my husband asked from his email, suddenly it was about maintaining color consistency and that's why they added iron oxides. This company needs to be held accountable. I'm heartbroken after spending so much money there over the years.

I've been buying from 100% Pure and keep coming back because I'm consistently impressed with how well their products work. My favorites are definitely the Coconut Lime Shower Gel with its amazing citrus scent, the Honey and Virgin Coconut Restorative Conditioner that smells wonderful and leaves hair silky and nourished, and the Honey Almond Nourishing Body Cream which hydrates beautifully without being heavy. When I had a reaction to one of their face washes, I reached out to their team and was totally amazed at how fast they responded and how much they cared. They gave me a full refund and threw in a gift card. It's so hard to find a company that makes quality natural products AND treats customers like they actually matter. Highly recommend them!

I ordered with expedited shipping and after a week still haven't received anything. When I tried calling them, nobody picked up and despite leaving messages, I never heard back. Really disappointing and unprofessional service.

The products themselves were good but I haven't ordered in over a year because of constant stock issues. They always say things will be back in a few weeks but I've been waiting forever for items to come back. The whole situation seems like they're just selling off existing inventory without actually making new batches. It doesn't make sense that restocking takes this long.

After I emailed customer service about the issue, they got back to me pretty quickly and refunded me immediately. The shipping problem was probably on the postal service's end, but they still took full responsibility. I really appreciate how they handled it.

Major red flags here! Stay away from placing any orders because you likely won't get what you paid for. There's a serious investigation happening with this company right now.

Grabbed foundation, lipstick, and bronzer, and ordered three different foundation shades to find my match. Decided I wanted to try a different neutral shade instead. Emailing them was super simple and they refunded me for one, swapped out another, and told me to keep everything else. Really impressed with their service and how fast they responded. The foundation is excellent and I love knowing it's actually safe compared to most other brands. Couldn't be happier with them and definitely recommend!

Want to try their fruit pigmented makeup next. My first order got lost but customer service replaced it right away. Going in as a new customer I was nervous about whether it was legitimate but they really proved themselves. I've got six shampoo bottles in my bathroom! They had some issues with their shipping partner but they're making changes. Stock does run out sometimes but that's probably because everything is genuinely natural and harder to source consistently. They told me they're working with their labs to make this better. I hope they continue improving and I'd suggest giving them a shot!
