Z SUPPLY Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Z SUPPLY
Z Supply receives mostly negative feedback from shoppers, with significant concerns about durability and quality control. Multiple reviewers report that garments pill, shrink substantially, or experience seam failures after first washing, despite careful care instructions being followed. Poor stitching quality, uncomfortable scratchy tags sewn in cheaply, and prices ranging from $150 to $250 per item have led shoppers to feel the quality does not justify the cost. One long-time fan appreciates the aesthetic and softness of loungewear pieces but acknowledges high pricing and manages shrinkage risk by dry cleaning items.
Beyond product quality, shoppers cite customer service issues when ordering directly from Z Supply, with one reviewer noting that positive feedback posted on the brand's website does not appear publicly. The overall experience suggests quality consistency problems and potential gaps in how the brand manages customer concerns, leaving most reviewers unable to recommend the brand despite initial appeal.

Sorted by: Most recentDisappointed with this brand's quality overall. The material started pilling right after I washed it for the first time. Everything stretched out immediately afterward. I'd recommend skipping this brand entirely.
I've been a fan of Z Supply's casual and lounge pieces for a long time. The loungewear stays soft and comfortable and their overall aesthetic matches what I like. I haven't had issues with shrinking because I send anything that might be risky to the dry cleaner instead. Their prices run pretty high in some areas, especially the pajama sets, though other items are more reasonably priced. Shopping their sales at other retailers carrying the brand helps. I recently used their return system for the first time and had a great experience. I did two exchanges and one refund. Both exchanges went smoothly and once Z Supply gets your return into the shipping system, they let you know it's coming to them and ship out your replacement right away. You don't have to wait for them to actually receive your old stuff first. That's a super positive approach that not enough companies offer, and it really makes a difference in staying happy as a customer.
Can't suggest this brand. I ordered three different pieces and every single one shrank down to child sizes. I was super careful washing them on delicate with cold water and let them air dry. One pair of pants even came back with a ripped seam. Really let down considering I spent between 150 and 250 dollars on each item, before taxes and shipping fees.
The pieces look nice at first glance, but the quality doesn't match the price tag. The stitching is really poorly done and the biggest letdown is how the tags are finished. They're scratchy and irritating, poking at your skin constantly. And good luck trying to cut them out because they're sewn in so cheap that you'll tear holes in the fabric. Save your money and shop somewhere else with Z Supply.
The clothes feel absolutely amazing when you first get them, really nice and plush, but they just don't last. I've posted reviews on their website to give other shoppers a heads up about what to expect, but they never actually show up. That makes me think their marketing isn't being totally honest with people.
I've had a lot of trouble with their customer service. I normally buy Z Supply through another online store that actually takes care of their customers really well. But since they can't carry everything, I've tried ordering directly from Z Supply twice and both times the service was basically nonexistent. Everything goes through Fedex, and if you're in Canada like me, you're automatically hit with taxes and duties regardless of how cheap the item is. Regular mail orders under 100 usually skip that, but not this company. They want 30 US dollars to ship a light pair of pants that costs 80 bucks. I've mentioned the shipping cost twice and never got a response. I'm giving them two stars only because their actual clothes are lovely and would definitely be five stars if I was just reviewing the quality. But when other American companies bend over backwards to make customers happy and keep them buying, Z Supply doesn't even try. It's poor business strategy when competitors will use regular mail and everyone's feeling squeezed by inflation. Honestly, I'd rather take my chances with something getting lost than deal with these fees.
