The shipping was quick, which was nice - got my order in about 4 days. But the 20% vitamin C serum was a major letdown. The consistency is basically like water, which shouldn't be the case. Plus the bottle design is poorly done for a serum product. You use a pump dispenser and it just sprays everywhere instead of giving you a controlled amount. Even worse, after using it for two months I saw zero brightening results. Actually, my skin got darker instead. This product is definitely not worth it for me.

I've ordered from Timelessha.com several times now and I'm pretty satisfied overall. The quality of their stuff is solid and they've got really good customer service.
