I also noted that I had logged in well ahead of time to prepare and that the practice test had confirmed everything was fine. Despite all this, they refused to help, saying they aren't liable for computer problems and I'd have to pay to retake the exam. It's absolutely ridiculous that the practice test showed everything was okay, but they still won't take responsibility when something fails on test day.

Here's what needs to happen: Create a search tool on the main MyATI page so students can find their modules without navigating through a confusing mess of folders. The readings need to be condensed, with more summaries and graphics. Video playback should let you skip ahead and include text overlays highlighting important concepts. The EHR system has constant glitches that force you to start over and lose your work. These aren't complicated improvements, and they honestly should have been standard from day one.
ATI's policies feel stuck in the past. Once you buy a test, it only stays available for a limited window before expiring, and good luck getting any money back on anything. Their customer service ranks among the worst I've encountered. It's clear their main goal is collecting payment and holding onto it, regardless of whether they actually deliver on their promises.
I only needed to take the TEAS exam because my healthcare program required it. I registered in early March 2020 to test at my school's location. Then my school announced testing was suspended and instructed us to expect refunds from the company for any unused exams. I never received mine, so I reached out. Their response was that refunds only apply if you have a documented emergency, which made no sense given the circumstances.
