One of the worst places to buy from online. When I returned my shoes (completely unworn), they didn't refund the full amount and instead gave me store credit. To make it worse, I got a message saying the shoes were damaged when they absolutely weren't since I never even put them on. Then they charged me to ship them back too.
Honestly, ordering from this company is a gamble. Only spend money you're willing to kiss goodbye. The discount means nothing if your order never arrives and there's no refund process. This has been the worst company to deal with. I bought my boyfriend shoes for Christmas and they didn't fit right, so I shipped them back on December 28th. The company got them on January 7th. Now it's been over two months and I still haven't seen my refund. I've called and emailed countless times with nothing to show for it. For a big company charging premium prices, they can't even process a return in the timeframe they advertise on their own website. They say five business days but it's been over two months with zero progress.
Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. I tried to return a pair of shoes and instead of getting my money back, I got nothing but the runaround via email for over a month. Good luck getting anyone on the phone either. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Got these shoes as a gift and they're still sitting here unworn in the original packaging, but the company flat out refuses to do a simple size swap.
