Hands down the worst company I've ordered from. Made two purchases and both times they hit me with surprise import charges on top of the shipping I already paid. These extra fees were outrageous. I'm never shopping with them again. It's completely unacceptable and shows zero respect for their customers.

One of the worst places to buy from online. When I returned my shoes (completely unworn), they didn't refund the full amount and instead gave me store credit. To make it worse, I got a message saying the shoes were damaged when they absolutely weren't since I never even put them on. Then they charged me to ship them back too.

Honestly, ordering from this company is a gamble. Only spend money you're willing to kiss goodbye. The discount means nothing if your order never arrives and there's no refund process. I'm stuck waiting over two and a half months for delivery because their shipping partner isn't cutting it. I've tried reaching out but nobody helps. I had to buy shoes from local shops instead because this company couldn't get it together. The shipping cost alone is so high you could buy multiple pairs somewhere else.

Purchased two pairs of dress shoes and the soles literally split open after just three months. Reached out to customer service multiple times and they keep ignoring me. I spent over $380 per pair for these, so this feels like a straight up scam. There are way better brands out there for much less money.

These shoes were super uncomfortable. The toe area pinches really tight at the end, which actually squeezed my toes even though I had the right size (11.5). I tested another pair at a store nearby and even going a size bigger didn't help. For the price point these cost, I expected way better quality and fit. I'm sending them back now, but all the negative reviews out there have me stressed that I won't actually get my money back.

I've grabbed dress shoes, crossovers, and casual sneakers from Wolf & Shepherd and honestly the comfort and build quality stays consistent across all their styles. What impresses me most is how a younger company like this has managed to maintain such high standards. Everyone says the leather isn't great compared to cheaper brands, but those people don't understand proper leather care. This is authentic full-grain Italian leather, the real deal. I've purchased seven pairs over the last eight years and the brand keeps improving. This company is going to be massive, just watch. For anyone who had a bad experience, I think that's the exception not the rule. Wolf & Shepherd team, you're doing fantastic work.

This has been the worst company to deal with. I bought my boyfriend shoes for Christmas and they didn't fit right, so I shipped them back on December 28th. The company got them on January 7th. Now it's been over two months and I still haven't seen my refund. I've called and emailed countless times with nothing to show for it. For a big company charging premium prices, they can't even process a return in the timeframe they advertise on their own website. They say five business days but it's been over two months with zero progress.

Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. I tried to return a pair of shoes and instead of getting my money back, I got nothing but the runaround via email for over a month. Good luck getting anyone on the phone either. Avoid this company at all costs.

I really wanted to like Wolf & Shepherd but this whole experience has been a total letdown. More than three weeks ago I sent back my shoes and still no refund. I've reached out multiple times and customer service either doesn't respond or gives me the same vague excuse without actually fixing anything. You'd think a company selling high-end shoes would have their return process sorted, but clearly they don't. I'm definitely not buying from them again and can't recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Got these shoes as a gift and they're still sitting here unworn in the original packaging, but the company flat out refuses to do a simple size swap. The actual shoes themselves are fantastic - the quality and craftsmanship are really solid. Unfortunately their return policy is so rigid that it completely ruins the whole experience.
